The reverse shows an eagle with outstretched wings holding an olive branch and arrows, wreathed below, with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DOLLAR around and IN GOD WE TRUST above.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eNew Orleans struck 5,305,000 Morgan dollars in 1880. The date is common in circulated grades and in the lower mint state range, but becomes considerably harder in the upper mint state grades, since O-mint dollars of this era were typically weakly struck and heavily bag marked.
