He was a first team All-Star selection in junior hockey for the 1969-70 season and a second round draft choice of the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1971. He turned pro with Tulsa of the Central Hockey League for the 1971-72 season, recording 217 penalty minutes that year. He played 23 games for Toronto in 1972-73 and 65 games for the New York Islanders in 1974-75. Through the 1974-75 season his NHL totals stood at 88 games played, 7 goals, 16 assists, 23 points and 142 penalty minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe 1975-76 O-Pee-Chee hockey set was printed in Canada and is the O-Pee-Chee counterpart to the Topps issue of the same season.
