Important Notice – Third-Party Grading Services
B&R Collectibles is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party grading service (PCGS, NGC, PSA, SGC, CGC, ANACS, CACG, ICG, etc.). Any guarantee offered by these companies is solely theirs. Their policies, coverage, and submission requirements may change at any time without notice.
Buyers are solely responsible for researching and understanding the exact terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of any guarantee offered by the third-party grading service before purchase.

At B&R Collectibles, we stand behind every certified item we sell with two distinct, independent guarantees. These guarantees are deliberately separate, and it is essential that all buyers fully understand the scope and limitations of each before completing a purchase. The certified collectibles offered for sale have been graded and encapsulated by independent third-party grading services with which B&R Collectibles has no affiliation, sponsorship, or agency relationship whatsoever.
B&R Collectibles Lifetime Holder Integrity Guarantee
B&R Collectibles warrants, for the lifetime of the item, that at the exact moment the item left our possession:
The holder was a genuine, factory-issued holder of the represented third-party grading service;
The certification number was valid and correctly registered in the grading service’s official population report and verification database at the time of sale; The holder passed all of our internal forensic authentication protocols (including, where applicable, NFC/RFID verification); and The holder and its contents exhibited no evidence of tampering, alteration, or compromise. To document and enforce this warranty, we create and permanently archive a multi-layer forensic fingerprint of every item prior to shipment.This warranty is strictly limited to the physical holder and its integrity at the time of sale. It does not extend to the authenticity, grade, attributions, condition or future opinion of the enclosed item.
The Third-Party Grading Company’s Separate Guarantee (If Any)
Any representation, opinion, or guarantee concerning the authenticity, grade, condition, variety, pedigree, designations, or any other attribute of the item enclosed within the holder is the sole responsibility of the third-party grading service that originally encapsulated it. B&R Collectibles makes no representations and provides no warranty whatsoever with respect to the enclosed item itself. All recourse—financial or otherwise—arising from any issue with the enclosed item lies exclusively with the third-party grading service under the terms, conditions, and limitations of its own guarantee program in effect at the time of the claim. Buyers expressly acknowledge and agree that: They are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the current terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures of the applicable third-party grading service prior to purchase; Completion of any purchase constitutes irrevocable acceptance of, and full reliance upon, the third-party grading service’s opinion and its separate guarantee (if any); and B&R Collectibles will not, under any circumstances, act as intermediary, agent, advocate, or representative in any claim or dispute between the buyer and the third-party grading service.
Formal Claim Process – Holder Integrity Guarantee
Step 1 – Initiate Claim
Email returns@BRcollectibles.co with your order number and detailed reason for the claim.
Step 2 – Pre-Shipment Forensic Verification (Mandatory)
We will immediately email you the exact photo/weight template used for your item. You must submit:
Current clear photographs from identical angles (required)
Current weight measured to 0.03 g (required)
If, after reviewing your Step 2 submissions, we are unable to conclusively confirm that the item depicted is the exact same physical holder and untampered insert we originally shipped — including (without limitation) situations where:
Required photographs are unclear, incomplete, or do not sufficiently match our archived forensic records, or
The reported weight differs by more than 0.03 g and the discrepancy cannot be reasonably attributed to ordinary scale calibration variance (±0.01 g tolerance assumed for consumer-grade scales),
we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require that you first ship the item back to B&R Collectibles (at your expense and risk, with full insurance and tracking) for direct, in-person forensic examination before the claim may proceed further.
Upon safe receipt:
We will immediately compare the item against our master archival forensic fingerprint. If we verify it is the original, untampered item sold to you, we will promptly forward it to the original grading service at our expense and reimburse your inbound shipping costs to us (up to a maximum of $30 USD upon submission of valid receipts). The claim will then continue under Step 3 and Step 4 as normal.
If we determine the item has been tampered with, substituted, damaged, or is otherwise not the exact item we sold, the claim will be denied in its entirety, the item will be returned to you at your expense, and you will remain liable for all costs incurred. We further reserve the right to permanently ban you from future purchases and to report suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.
Failure to comply with a legitimate request for return to B&R Collectibles under this provision will result in immediate and final denial of the claim.
Step 3 – Submit to the ORIGINAL Grading Service Only
Only after we confirm unbroken forensic continuity may you ship the item — still fully sealed and untouched — directly to the exact grading service that originally encapsulated it (e.g., a PSA slab must go to PSA).
The buyer is temporarily responsible for all shipping, insurance, and review fees upfront and assumes all risk of loss or damage in transit.
Step 4 – Final Resolution (Binding & Non-Appealable)
Once the original grading service has completed its formal review and issued its written determination regarding the holder, the outcome is final and may not be appealed.
• If the grading service determines the holder is “Genuine & Untampered”
B&R Collectibles’ obligations under the Holder Authenticity & Integrity Guarantee are fully satisfied. No refund will be issued by B&R Collectibles or B&R Online LLC. You remain responsible for all shipping, insurance, review fees, and any other costs you incurred.
This applies even if the grading service simultaneously updates, reverses, or changes its prior opinion about the encapsulated item (the coin or card inside) for any reason whatsoever — including, without limitation, new research, improved detection technology, previously unavailable information, stricter grading standards, discovery of doctoring/alteration, or declaring the item not authentic. In all such cases, the matter is exclusively the responsibility of the original grading service under its own guarantee program if one exists. B&R Collectibles delivered a genuine, untampered holder containing exactly what the grading service originally sealed and certified. Any subsequent change in the grading service’s opinion is solely their liability, and you must pursue any claim or compensation directly with them according to the terms of their guarantee. B&R Collectibles has no obligation in connection with the insert or the grading service’s opinion.
• If the original grading service determines that the holder is “Not Genuine” or exhibits evidence of having been “Tampered” or altered at any time prior to B&R Collectibles’ possession (i.e., the holder did not leave B&R Online LLC’s custody as a genuine, factory-issued, untampered holder of the represented grading service):
B&R Collectibles will be in breach of its Lifetime Holder Authenticity & Integrity Guarantee. In such event, and only in such event, B&R will promptly issue a refund calculated as the Current Market Value determined in accordance with this Policy, together with reimbursement of the buyer’s reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket review and insured shipping expenses.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the grading service finds evidence of tampering or alteration that occurred after the item left B&R Online LLC’s possession, no breach by B&R Collectibles (B&R Online LLC) will have occurred and no refund or reimbursement from B&R Online LLC. will be due.
The written opinion of the original grading service regarding the authenticity and integrity of the holder itself is final, binding on all parties, and not subject to reconsideration or appeal.
How Current Market Value Is Calculated
Primary Method
We take the arithmetic average of the three most recent completed (fully paid) “Sold” listings on eBay for the identical item — meaning the same year/date, mint or series, denomination or card, variety, grade, designations, pedigree (if applicable), and exact grading service.
Secondary Method (used only when fewer than three qualifying eBay sales exist within the prior 180 days, or when we reasonably believe the eBay data is incomplete, manipulated, or non-representative)
We substitute or supplement with the arithmetic average of the three most recent realized (hammer) prices + buyers premium for the identical item from the published archives of any major public auction house selected at our sole discretion.
Final Authority
B&R Collectibles retains the absolute and sole right to choose the comparable transactions, to exclude any listings or results we reasonably believe are shill bids, non-arm’s-length sales, or otherwise not reflective of true fair market value, and to make the final Current Market Value determination. This determination is not subject to challenge or appeal.
Additional Seller Protections & Limitations
Claims based solely on another dealer’s or grading service’s differing opinion are invalid. Any evidence or suspicion of post-sale switching, tampering, or substitution voids all claims and may result in permanent banning and reporting for attempted fraud.
Raw (non-slabbed) items are sold strictly as-is with only our 30-day return policy.
30-Day No-Questions Return Policy (Separate from Lifetime Guarantee)
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for any reason provided:
The holder remains factory-sealed and untampered
It passes our full forensic fingerprint verification upon return
Returns that fail verification will be refused and shipped back at buyer’s expense.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if the coin/card inside is later deemed not authbut the holder is ruled genuine & untampered ?
A: That falls entirely under the original grading company’s guarantee. B&R Online LLC’s obligation ends when the holder is confirmed genuine and untampered.
Q: Why are the forensic requirements so detailed?
A: To 100% eliminate post-sale switching or tampering by either party — protecting honest buyers and preventing fraudulent claims.
Q: Can I send the item to a different grading service for review?
A: No. Only the original issuing service’s opinion on the holder is accepted.
