Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered. To begin your preauthorized return process, please email returns@BRcollectibles.co or contact us through our Contact Us page. We'll then provide you with a return authorization and further instructions before you send anything back.

Most of our items are certified and graded to ensure accuracy; however, if you believe an item appears materially different from its images or description, please contact us immediately so we can address the concern.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. If an item is returned damaged, altered, or not in its original state (including packaging or certification holders), the return will be declined and the item may be sent back to you.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. To begin your return, please email returns@BRcollectibles.co or contact us through our Contact Us page.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs. A prepaid label will be provided if your return is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed. If a package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with their local post office or shipping carrier. We’ll assist however we can, but cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
