The Process

  2. Info Request
    Within one business day, a team member will email you for any additional details and high‑quality (not blurry!) photos of your items.
  3. Receive an Offer
    We’ll evaluate your collection and send a no‑obligation quote. (Offers are subject to in‑person inspection and may be adjusted if actual condition differs.) We do not make offers on ungraded coins at this time.
  4. Prepaid Shipping
    Once you accept our offer, we’ll send you a prepaid, insured shipping label so you can safely ship your items to us.
  5. Inspection & Authentication
    After your collection arrives, our experts will thoroughly inspect and authenticate everything. This typically takes 4–7 business days.
  6. Fast Payment
    Once everything checks out, we’ll release payment via ACH, wire transfer, Zelle, or whichever method you prefer.
